Project Description: Concerned Women for Family Development (CWFD) has been implementing “Improving Community Toilets for Increased Human Dignity and Better Public Health (ICTIHDBPH)” project in Dhaka South City Corporation and Dhaka North City Corporation to contribute the national goal and SDG 6 related sustainable sanitation services through ensuring access to improved public sanitation for men, women and differently able people.

Ensure modern & secure public toilet facilities for citizen.

Establish a model of public toilet for friendly environment with optimum facilities and regular operation & maintenances
Major Areas of Intervention
Construction and reconstruction of public toilets, regular Operation and Maintenance of public toilets, ensure easy and safe access of public toilet for women and disabled, awareness raising among the city dwellers, ensure Safe drinking water supply, coordination with Stakeholder and skill development training for staff.
