SUSTAINABLE CHEMICALS
Chittagong Denim has in place an environmentally friendly advance dyeing process that use fewer chemicals. Its unique dyeing system minimizes the environmental burden by reducing chemical waste. Our denim is specially fabricated to withstand and consume less chemicals during the washing process. During the Mid wash process, the intensive dyeing and bleaching times are reduced drastically without compromising quality or color.
Our Denim, aligned with sustainability, uses zero aniline dye in its production, being the best alternative on the market for the manufacture of more ecological denims, contributing to the reduction of risks to workers and end consumers, reinforcing our care and responsibility for the planet and future generations.
We are the denim mill who use Sulphur dyes and other auxilaries in collaboration with Archroma from the very beginning.
Our Eco-Applicator technology significantly reduces the volume of chemicals at the finishing process possible.
Our Biological ETP has a low environmental impact, facilitating the treatment of effluents, ensuring a soft touch in a sustainable way.
We are buying chemical drums on
returnable basis, reducing carbon footprints. We provide quality assurance team with
training on Oeko-Tex compliant chemicals in regular basis. This new path aims
to enrich our constant commitment to respect the environment and the health of
workers and consumers through quality products and processes. We are member and are preparing to
participate in Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) and detox programs.
We take our chemical compliances
very seriously as sustainable developmental processes are at the core of our
company. We are reducing overall chemical
usage within textile production processes, which have a smaller environmental
impact. We are passionate about the transformation of denim industry through
solid chemicals management; both to ensure the health of the people and to
eliminate negative impact on the environment. We ensure that our fabrics and
garments are safe for end consumers, and their manufacturing is safe for our
employees, surrounding communities and the environment. Our environment and the
world we live in need our collaboration to sustain it with love, care and
commitment.
